Frozen berries
Instructions
In a blender combine 1 cup of orange juice, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, 1/2 cup of frozen berries (in that order) and blend well.
Enjoy!
Notes
For the smoothie pictured we used a combination of frozen raspberries and frozen strawberries. You can use any combination of berry you like however.
